well, it's been a fairly uneventful past couple of days..... on friday i went over to shannon's and hung out with the crew....nothing too terribly exciting....
then on saturday james and i, in an attempt to work on the game we will be presenting to the class on thursday, went to the mall/tim hortons....but that didn't work....we kept running into people that we knew or random anglophones (they are so few and far between, when you run into one, you gotta talk to them!) then we went chez Josh and later on in the evening we went back to the mall and watched À vos marques....PARTY! (the first ever "teen" french movie produced in Québec...)
and it was pretty good...ok, so it was cheesy, but i understood about 96% of it, which means this...MY FRENCH ACTUALLY HAS GOTTEN BETTER!
ok, so i already knew that....but whatever...it's always nice to have that reinforcement de temps en temps....
anyways, after that, we went on over to Timmy Ho's and had another coffee and then booked'er home....
then yesterday, James and I came to school and....get this...We actually worked on our project! how about that...maybe we're not that lazy/easy to distract after all....
what else...i phoned "manitoba" today and still no word on the bursary.....
and yeah, that's about it...looks like Jamie-boy and I will finish up the project this afternoon and....yeah.
AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST.....my russian....the scary fucking russian...well, ukranian....Valeriy.... i guess today is international Holocaust day or something.....and do you know what the mother fucker said.....
