pâte chinois

so tonight we had some good ol' pâte chinois.

i find it interesting that it's called pâte chinois when there is nothing chinese about it.....

and people tell me that it's just shephards pie.......but i've had shepherds pie......its not quite the same (but since the differences are minimal, we'll just have to say they're the same)

except for one thing......

PATE CHINOIS IS F-ING FANTASTIC!!!!

omg, it was soooooooooooooooooooo good.

(much better than shepherds pie!)

i had seconds it was sooo gooood

ugh, my mouth is watering just thinking about it

i hope there is some left for lunch tomorrow

it's like heroine-i'm hooked!

so then the fam and i sat around and watched loft story and....PRISCILLA GOT THE BOOOT!!!! WOOT WOOT!!!!!!!!

HELLS YEAH!

anyways, (mmmmm pâte chinois....) i'm gonna go. i'm sure i had something constructive to say before i started, but i just got so excited about the pc...... later. -ta
