Well kids,
It's been an amazing week. I'm not going to say I fell in love with Macedonia, but I can definitely see why it's charming.
I had two wonderful hosts that more than exceeded my expectations with their hospitality and generosity. They also indulged my need to play Phase 10 and drink coffee every hour of the day.
In six hours I'm flying out of Skopje to spend a whirlwind 40ish hours in London and then it's back to Winnipeg for this kid.
Vacations aren't necessarily about going everywhere and seeing everything. I've always said that you should spend your vacation doing the things you love with the ones you love. This trip has been all of that and more.
I should probably start packing before Matthew gets home from work....
