learning to like lemon pie

hey there kids,

long time, no post.

hopefully now that i am starting my routine again, i will be able to start posting again.

so where to begin.....

well, on saturday i began the long trek out here. left home @ 3:00, got to winnipeg by 6:00, was on the plane by 9:00 and in montreal @ midnight (québec time).

then i sat in the bus depot for 7 hours. luckily i met some anglos along the way and we all sat around chatting and the like.

then @ seven i got on the bus and by 1:00, 22 hours after i first started my trip, i got here and gerard and josh came and picked me up.

anyways, yeah, so last night didn`t do much. watched some french lottery show with my new host mom and had a really really good conversastion with her. about nothing. she`s by far the easiest of my host moms to talk to. she just keeps asking me questions. and i keep giving longwinded answers.....maybe i spent too much time with matt this christmas.....

and last night we had supper. some really good salad, followed by some chicken and egg rolls....and then lemon pie......

i didn`t want it. i hate it. but, i ate it. and to make matters worse, i had nothing to wash it down with.....

WHY DO I ALWAYS EAT THINGS I DON`T LIKE!!!!!

whatevs....

anyways, so today josh and i came to the school, and since we have nothing to do....we`re just dicking around.....

haven't seen any anglophones yet, although i'm sure i sat by one yesterday.....she sure didn't know the proper way to ask if the seat next to me was open and she was reading in english.....

anyways, i'm gonna go....
